Pasha de Cartier
A round wristwatch was introduced into the Cartier collection in 1943, and became the inspiration for the Pasha series. This unique timepiece exudes power and elegance through its construction, featuring: a round, water-resistant case, four Arabic numerals, a screw-down crown cap attached to the case by a small chain, and sword-shaped hands.
The distinctive Pasha watch stands out, while at the same time, respects the Cartier watchmaking tradition.

With its distinctive codes and extraordinary design, the Pasha de Cartier collection is for those who dare to pave new creative paths. The new designs are true to the original 1980s models but with a more refined silhouette, distinguished by a unique chained crown that epitomizes its extroverted spirit.

In 2020, the new Pasha de Cartier watch is sophisticated in terms of watchmaking functions and design details which combine to strengthen and maximise its ergonomic appeal:
- A new crown: now more precious, the crown, hidden beneath the crown cover with its signature blue stone, is also set with a blue spinel or sapphire.
- An in-house movement, visible through the case back: the transparent case back reveals the 1847 MC automatic calibre of the Pasha watch, produced at the Cartier Manufacture at La Chaux-de-Fonds.
- A new clasp in the shape of a chain link attached to the crown opens to reveal a hidden, secret space where initials can be engraved.
- A new interchangeable strap: in steel, gold or leather, all versions can be interchanged thanks to an adaptation of the Cartier-developed QuickSwitch system. This invisible mechanism blends into an architecture located under the case and is activated by a single push.
