Return
As a private consumer, you have a period of 14 days within which you can renounce your purchase. This 14-day period is counted from the date of home delivery of the goods. If our products do not meet your wishes, you can report this and return it without paying a fine nor providing a reason, provided that the packaging has remained intact and the product has not been used and is undamaged! Therefore, an opened package will no longer allow you to cancel the purchase. This right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

Do you want to exchange an item?Then we ask you to follow the following step-by-step plan. So that we can handle your shipment as efficiently as possible.
Report to our customer service that you want to exchange an item by mail or registered letter. You will then receive an exchange form by e-mail for exchanging your item. Indicate on the exchange form the item you wish to return and attach the order confirmation received by e-mail and the exchange form to the package and return all this to the return address.
The costs and the risk of loss / theft of the return shipment are borne by you. After receipt and approval, Gilson Jewellers will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by e-mail. If Gilson Jewellers approves your shipment, the new item, if in stock, will be sent as soon as possible. If the item is no longer in stock, you will receive a gift certificate to use in the store or webshop.

The costs and the risk of loss / theft of the return shipment are borne by you. After receipt and approval, Gilson Jewellers will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. If Gilson Jewellers approves your shipment, the item will be refunded.
When will I receive my refund?
If no bank account number has been provided, you will receive a voucher that is valid for 6 months, plus transport costs. The gift certificate is only valid in our webshop. If a bank account number has been provided, the amount will be refunded within 30 days.
CostsYou are responsible for the costs and risk of loss / theft for sending an item. Unstamped, unsafe shipments or cash on delivery shipments will be refused!

Gilson Jewellers reserves the right to refuse returns and not refund the amount if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged by fault other than that of Gilson Jewellers or the supplier of the item.
